and we're off...

DAY 1:

Morning weigh in has me at 181.5lbs which isn't a bad start. Ideally I'd like to end up at 175lbs once all is said and done. Just over a year ago I was at 198lbs so I'm still proud to have kept the weight off for a year.

Exercise was non existent today, but I was able to hold to my meal plan. Breakfast was a quick blueberry Activia yogurt cup. I snacked on some blueberries(which wasn't very good), an apple (would have been better cold), and celery with peanutbutter. Work was a strange schedule today so I ended up not having a proper lunch, but I snacked on some carrots & hummus around 5 and had shrimp and pasta for dinner around 7pm.

Planning a gym visit this coming Saturday to kick off the ACTUAL exercise routine.
